Terms & Conditions — nd77

To register and maintain an account on nd77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times: you must be at least 21 years of age; you must be a resident of Bangladesh; you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you; you must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of nd77 or any related entity; and you must not be on any self-exclusion register maintained by nd77 or any responsible gambling body. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nd77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nd77 will never ask for your full password via email or phone. You must:

• Keep your login credentials strictly private and not share them with any third party.
• Log out fully after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Notify nd77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not attempt to access another user's account under any circumstances.

nd77 accepts deposits made via approved payment channels only. The approved channels for Bangladesh-based players currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. nd77 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are from a lawful source and that you are not using nd77 to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposit transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years in accordance with applicable financial regulations.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• nd77 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• nd77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large deposits.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless special circumstances apply and are approved by nd77 compliance. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). nd77 processes withdrawal requests in a timely manner, typically within 24 hours for verified accounts. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be fulfilled before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• nd77 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal that triggers an internal security review.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single-session withdrawal limits vary by account tier.

nd77 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed at the point of offer. General rules governing all bonuses are as follows:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nd77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on nd77, whether under the same or different identity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using nd77 to facilitate financial crime including money laundering.

nd77 is required to verify the identity of all users as part of its commitment to fair play and financial integrity. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time nd77 deems it necessary for security or compliance purposes. Accepted KYC documents for Bangladesh-based players include:

• National ID card (NID) — front and back copy.
• Valid passport — photo page.
• Proof of residential address — utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.

All content on the nd77 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of nd77 or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the nd77 platform without prior written consent from nd77. Violations of this clause may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nd77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Specific circumstances in which nd77's liability is excluded include:

• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond nd77's reasonable control.
• Loss of data arising from network failures, device failures, or unauthorised access to your account.
• Financial losses incurred through participation in games of chance, which are inherently subject to the outcomes of random events.

nd77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to nd77 processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and personalisation of the gaming experience. nd77 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. All data is stored and transmitted using SSL encryption. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting nd77 support.

nd77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that: a user has breached any provision of these Terms; a user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; an account shows signs of being operated by an automated system or in collusion with other accounts; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users. Upon termination for breach, nd77 may retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is without cause, nd77 will return any verified withdrawable balance to the user via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any breach thereof, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through nd77's internal complaints procedure. To initiate a complaint, contact nd77 support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the dispute. nd77 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate legal jurisdiction in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nd77 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
